This place is wonderful. Such a kind, loving staff. My loved one is enjoying life again and they do amazing activities. This is an awesome place. I toured many in the Mckinney/Allen area. This is by far the best.

I went to see a friend at this facility, and ive always been slightly intimidated at the thought of my friends or family being in a facility like this, But i have to admit from the moment i parked my car to the moment i cranked it up to leave i felt so at home, i was so impressed with how beautiful the outside of the building was, the bushes and flowers were so inviting, walking in i felt very secure, they have a program in place where someone will greet you at the door and buzz you in, and then they will help you find exactly who you're looking for, the inside is top notch, its very spacious and clean, i went during lunch time, all the residents were very content and the staff was taking very good care of everyone here, I honestly hope when my time comes that my kids will consider putting me somewhere of this stature. Nothing but positive thoughts come to mind when i think about the Villagio.

We visited the Villagio and found it to be very nice. Unfortunately, my husband’’s mother seemed upset at the thought of moving and we had been mistakenly (ours) under the impression it was a Medicaid bed facility, which it is not. For these two reasons, we decided to leave mom where she was. During the original registration process, we gave them a $500 which we asked to be returned. Six weeks later, we are still asking. We have left messages, no one will return our calls from the accounts payable dept. It’s not like our change of heart cost them a resident moving in - there were lots of empty rooms. Plus, nothing about non refundable was ever said.

I was very impressed with Villagio of Mckinney; the difference is that it is an assisted living center. My mother didn’t like the idea of being unable to leave there without permission. The rooms were very good, they had great services for their elders, and they have a medical staff on site because it is assisted living, but my mother didn’t quite need that level of assistance.

My husband is in Villagio, and he is doing quite well. I highly recommend it. It is refreshingly new, bright, and pretty. The staff is happy all the time. The food is cooked by a trained chef. It is small and intimate.
