We can all find fault with anything, as a relative of a pt I am finding great improvements in the nursing staff ie CNA, Med asst tech. The are will to learn and care for patients. The dietary dept need some improvements. Some parents have issues with food and this need to be addressed. Housekeeping staff are very good the place is clean and no faul odor noted. Overall great improvements have been made since December 2021

My family member was admitted here by another member of our family and it was not great when she got there three years ago. Two summers ago they started making changes and slowly the horrible staff were replaced by ones who actually cared. I could go to the head nurse or the one in the front office about anything and one of those two always got it done. My sister had both of their personal cell phone numbers and reached out on nights and weekends. Now, I've been gone a month and I find out they are both gone - replaced by the same type of no-nothing people with dismissive attitudes who were here before! Now, I can't even get a question answered much less a problem addressed. I am just shocked the people that run the place would want to go back to how it was before. We don't and so we will be leaving. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother coming here - it's lost that family feeling that it had.

Dirty,roaches everywhere ,unattentive workers. They ignore the residents needs.

Hertiage Park was a friendly and family caring facility. They did their best to accommodate all our needs for my father while he went through the rehabilitation process. Unfortunately they felt they could not meet his needs and he was moved. They made great strides improving my dads ability to try and stand, eat on his own, and communicate. We are sad they gave up on my dad. The staff and rehabilitation team was wonderful and gave their all. The rooms and facility were very clean.

It is never an easy decision to have to put your mother in a nursing facility. But after my mom fell and was found unresponsive in her home- late last year- I needed to place her somewhere. I visited 10 places and decided on heritage. My mom seems happier- she loves her nurse Mary- no bad smells - we love the staff especially Sharilyn who helped me the first day I visited and I cried the whole time. I am happy with the care for my mom

I use to have a family there and it was a excellent care the staff care about those people like they own family i recommend this place to any of my friends and family ,if i have any concerns the administrator always help a 100% the business office always helping families all the times that places always clean smelling good i really dont have not complaint at all i still visiting the building, me and my family we always going to appreciate the dedication to my family
