I am really glad that my family friend has gotten such great care at Park Manor of West Chase. The staff was really helpful and kind from the time we walked in. They really care about the individuals that live there. As soon as you walk in, you'll feel at home in the clean, well-kept, and friendly ambiance of the facility. The nurses devote great attention to each patient and do all they can to make sure they are comfortable and healthy. They spend time getting to know each resident, which makes them much happier overall. I strongly suggest the therapy services. Therapists that are professional and positive make individual treatment strategies for each of their patients. With their help, my family friend was able to get her strength and movement back. It's good to see how far he's come in such a short amount of time. Their programs also keep people busy and involved in social events, which helps build a strong feeling of community. The staff certainly works hard to keep things interesting and make sure everyone feels important. If you need a nursing and rehabilitation center that puts a lot of emphasis on great care and real compassion, I strongly suggest Park Manor of WestChase. You have made our lives better, Park Manor.

place has really fallen into disrepair since the last time I was there (before covid) Room not clean, roaches, mildew on bathroom wall. No sheet on resident's bed when I arrived. Tray tables looked filthy, caked on food on legs. Floors in residents room dirty. Outside in need of power washing, gum stuck to porch. Front door in need of painting (terrible from inside). Boxes stacked in lobby. Paint and door facings terrible, as well as old carpet. This carpet has been down since facility opened. I was shocked how much this place had run down.

Wonderful rehab services! My mom had a hip fracture and was sent by doctors at West Houston Medical Center to this facility. At first it did not impress me since it is an old building. But staff here are incredible. They guided us through this hard process every step of the way and now my mon is able to remain her independence and move on. I appreciate all satff here that cared for my mom. Thank you, Park Manor of Westchase!
