Worst rehab place.., so short staffed, it should not be in operation!!! Patients do not get baths on schedule, May go 4-5 days without baths. My family member would wait 2-3 hours after letting aid know she needed to go to bathroom. This family member had surgery for a broken hip and went here for rehab. One particular aid hurt her broken hip twice. Her doctor ordered x-rays, which were never done. When she left Woodlands she went to another facility where x-rays were done. Her hip had a fracture in it which had happened after surgery, This fracture would have been caught earlier if x-rays had been done at Woodlands as requested by doctor.

Bed bugs**** beautiful facility, but that’s all it has going for them!!! Short staff all the time, have to wait forever to go to the bathroom and when you finally get help it’s like you are a inconvenience because the aides are so busy! Only 2 aides per hall!!!

Worst place ever! They do not care for your loved ones at all. Extremely rude nurses especially the charge nurses. My mom laid in her vomit covered blanket and sheets for over 12 hours, I had to call and ask to have them changes Joann who answered the phone hung up on me several times when I asked her to check why my mom wasn’t answering her phones. My mom wasn’t bathed for 5 days. Wrong meds not given. No meds given. This place is awful. If your loved can’t communicate with u and tell what’s going on please don’t place them here!

My sister stayed here and I have nothing but compliments to give this company. Everytime I needed anything I was always helped. The staff and business office was forever helpful. If it is possible for you to go there, I promise you will be very well taken care of !!! 🙏🙏🙏
