The Terrace at Denison

My sister has moved into The Terrace at Denison. I like the caring attitude of all the staff, and the atmosphere is not hospital-like. There are pets and birds and aquariums. It looks like a place where you could feel at home. She still wants to go home, but other than that she seems happy and is eating well, which was an important factor. She hasn't been there long. She is in memory care, and they have programs for them. They're very helpful. So far, everybody has been wonderful and the food looks good. She eats three meals a day, so it's appetizing. It is not a new facility, but it appeared clean. They take her to doctors' appointments. She's not in assisted living, and the area looks clean.
