My friend was in The Brightpointe nursing home early this year, and I visited her there. It was just a very short-term stay. She was just there for a week for rehab. I would say that they were understaffed. There was no communication between the patients because everyone stayed isolated in their rooms. No one ate in the dining room, everyone ate in their own room. My friend was in a wheelchair and no one took her to the game room so she just hated being there. She cried and begged to go home. It was a very old facility and looks as if it had never been updated.
