Dont judge a book by it's cover. This facility took good care of my mom will sick with COVID. They called me almost daily with updates, we're loving and kind. Thank you Mary, Ana and many more.

The rooms are filthy. My dad’s room had roaches and when I went to get him out had soiled linen’s in the corner of the room. His TV quit working and they wouldn’t replace it. His toilet seat was broken so he couldn’t use it and was forced to soil himself. He would lay there for hours without being cleaned up. They had a food menu but were never served what was on it. Grits and half a glass of milk for breakfast every day. Cornbread and cabbage for dinner. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad this place was and got him out as soon as I realized it. I truly feel sorry for the people who are in there.

We visited Green Acres. The staff was not adequate. It's peoples' lives you're talking about here, you want to get better care, and you don't want to be understaffed. They could do with some improvements. You get the scent of the old and sick. The staff was pretty knowledgeable.
