I went to TerraBella Marchbanks. I didn't see anything that I did not like about it. The people were nice, too. I just like the way that the people were very friendly, and they seemed to care for their residents. The facility was clean. You know how some facilities have an odor, this did not have it.

I like the friendliness and the competence of the staff at TerraBella Marchbanks. They seemed to know what they were talking about and how to deal with patients like my parents. I haven't tried the food, but it smelled really good. They have a salon, a nice cafeteria, an activity room, and a courtyard. It's very clean. It's close to everything in terms of location.

My sister is already at TerraBella Marchbanks. It's phenomenal. They are wonderful. Everybody is accommodating. I would give them more than an A-plus. The staff are helpful, courteous, kind, friendly, and hardworking. The food is delicious. My sister's room is perfect. The living atmosphere is quiet, friendly, and clean. They have like six activities a day. They've got bible study, bingo, and other games, interaction with people, exercise, and puzzles. You name it, they have a lot of things. They are exceptional. If I could give them more than a score of 5, I would because they are very awesome.

My dad is in the memory care unit. The facility is fine. It has a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, concerned, and friendly staff. They have activities, like bingo, playing the piano, singing songs, and reading Bible stories. It is really sweet. There is something going on all the time. They keep everybody busy.

My mother-in-law has been at Marchbanks for two weeks now. So far, it has been great. They are taking care of her. The staff seems very caring about the patients. The rooms are clean.

Marchbanks is very clean and seems like a very nice place. We've only been there two to three weeks. The food seems to be really good. My father has dementia and Alzheimer's, so he's confused. He likes it OK, but he has good days and bad days.
