This is a beautiful facility but the staff is bad. My mother was yelled at because she went to the bathroom too much. She had a UTI. When any issues arrive there is no one in management to talk to. If you want to call and check on a resident no one answers the phone. Not a good experience. It is beautiful.

Mother lived there for several years. High staff turnover with no staffing continuity and agency fill in have no idea of residents needs. The facility is beautiful but the administration is non responsive to any issues.
