After I fell and broke my wrist the quality of care I received from the nurses and doctors really impressed me. However, 2 (almost 3) years later, multiple phone calls, emails, reviews placed online and with their billing department, they still have not submitted my bills properly and I have been turned over to a collection agency. If I had to do it all over again, I would have rather walked around with a broken arm for 3 days than deal with their staff for this long after my injury.
