The Willow was wonderful. The host that took me around was great. It was very clean. The atmosphere was nice. I liked everything about it. The rooms were very clean. They were a little small but that's normal. I was impressed by how clean it was. It was a one-bedroom, and it was right near the dining area. For activities they were doing bingo. It was nice. It was a good atmosphere.

I toured The Willow. Everybody was quite welcoming. The place was nice and clean. The rooms were nice sized. I saw a one-bedroom and a studio and one with a kitchenette. They were all nice rooms. The staff was very welcoming. The lady who gave me the tours was super nice and friendly and seemed to answer all my questions. They have quiet little gathering rooms and a dining room, and things like that were nice.

The Willow was very expensive. If I wanted additional help, it would cost money. It would go up and up and up just for simple things. I don't need help with bathing, I don't need help with meals. I needed help with some housecleaning, etc. Me moving in there wouldn't be beneficial especially since they're well over $3000 just to get a private room with the basic help and it wasn't that impressive. The rooms were sparse. They were small beds and I'm a big guy. If I wanted a bigger bed, I could bring it, but they didn't have anything other than a small single bed. The staff was very nice. We met for lunch, but I didn't eat anything. We had coffee. It was nice, clean, and big. There are a lot of people there, but I'm not interested in a semi-private room. It just wasn't gonna work out for me.

I had a very good experience visiting The Willow. It's a newer facility. All the rooms were very nice. The living atmosphere was very friendly. Everybody seemed to be happy there. I saw one or two people in the hallway and they stopped to chat.

The Willow was convenient to our house. The general process of how they dealt with their residence was good. However, we didn't see as much interaction between the person that was taking us around and the residents. She stopped a few times to adjust the woman's sweater which seemed to be slumping out a little bit, and she talked to one or two residents. There was good interaction, but not quite as much as at the other place. However, they're one of our high choices. The staff who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She gave us some additional information on nursing care, and she was extremely helpful in providing information on in-home care, too. It looked like they had all the bases covered. They had hairdressers, doctor's visits, and a shower schedule. One thing that was better about The Willow is that they had separate shower facilities, and most of the other facilities had showers in the rooms. Of course, the places with showers in the rooms would assist the residents with the showers, but it was probably safer to have a separate shower facility in case the resident woke up in the middle of the night and decided they wanted to get a shower would fall or something.

I went to The Willow. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were small. They didn't have kitchenettes or anything like that, which is what my mom was kind of looking forward to. She wanted something with a refrigerator and stuff. We asked them about a fire. They said that firemen try to get them to the back exit. We were a little concerned about that because mom didn't walk too well. I suggest that they clean the bathrooms a little more, also maybe offer a small refrigerator or a microwave in the room for those that are still with it mentally. I wouldn't expect them to put that in all the rooms though. The place wasn't hard to find. It was close to a hospital. There was a restaurant not too far away.

The Willow was very clean. The people were nice. My brothers and I liked it for my mother. Everyone was friendly. The staff was very informative and welcoming. It was just a nice tour. We heard from the residents that the food was good. When we were there, they were in the dining area. They have lots of activities. They have balloon drops scheduled for New Year's Eve and a night with Frank Sinatra coming up, so it was good. The facility was nice.

We like The Willow. The person that showed us around was pretty friendly and answered a lot of questions. The accommodations were nice. We saw some of the residents' rooms. They were welcoming. It looked like the meal plans and the menus were good. The activity schedule looked pretty good. We like that they have a hairdresser that comes in, a podiatrist, and they have pharmacy delivery service. They also have doctors that come in.

We visited The Willow. It was very nice, but my father-in-law wanted to stay near his doctor. They were very nice and very friendly. The room was a one bedroom and it was very nice. They showed us everything. I remember the dining room and they had a library; it was very nice. They had a like a little garden that some of the residences could walk on, which was sweet. The outdoors had a very nice landscape.

My mom was in here and I thought it was very nice and well kept, and smaller and more intimate with only three floors. The dining room was really pretty. The food was really good.

It is also very nice and it is more like a home. The staff is very caring. The lady that I meet, she has a nice room with a big closet. They have a lot of activities. My friend is there and she always says that the food is good. They have a nice facility where you and your family can meet and have dinner together. That is where I think I want to go and I will recommend them to others.

My mom is in here. We choose it because it the one that we think is the best. It is clean. She has a private room and it is beautiful. It is very spacious and we manage to bring in everything that we want. She has a little kitchenette with a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator. She has her own bathroom. It is very clean and is always kept that way. The people are wonderful. The staff is very profession, courteous and friendly. I have dinner several times with my mom and the food is delicious. They have many activities and she enjoys all of them. They have exercise every day, crafts, bingo and cards. They have bocce, which she plays and several others. The thing that impresses me the most is the attention from the people. Whenever I am there with my mom, there is always somebody looking and asking "Is she all right?" or "Does she needs anything?" They are very prompt with her medication. They are very attentive to her and for me that is the most important of all. My mom loves it there. She's pretty happy and we are very happy.

I like all the windows and the nice views of the countryside. The rooms are very nice, very roomy and well appointed, easy to maneuver and get around in. The staff is very caring, always smiling and upbeat, very pleasant.
