On July 20, 2023 my dad had a fall. After being hospitalized and inpatient rehab, we felt he needed 30 days in assisted living. This was devastating to us both as my dad is very independent. Melissa jumped in and made the process of having dad placed at Viva so comforting. Anytime, I need anything Melissa and Millie are always there fore me along with the other staff. I cannot say enough about Viva and their staff, they make you feel like family.

I toured Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg. I liked the layout of the rooms. I looked at a room for two people and I liked the way they were positioned. Even though it was two people, you still had some privacy with the way the bathroom was positioned in between. The staff member was very personable and we had a very nice talk. There was another girl in the room with us. She was on the medical side of it, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt good after I toured the facility. It felt welcoming. The dining area was very nice. It was laid out very nice that people could talk to each other, or if they didn't want to they could sit by themselves. Everybody was helpful with the people who might have needed help.

My mother seems very happy in Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg. She likes the staff. She said nice things about them. I'm not too keen on how clean her room is and that probably would be my only issue. I know that they offer a lot of different activities. I just don't know that she participates because she likes to be by herself. I like her room. It's private for her, it's a large room, and she got her own bathroom-type thing. She's in memory care. It's a secure facility. They provide transportation if she needs to go to the doctor and things. There's an outdoor space for them to go.

Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg was very good. I enjoyed it. The sales manager went above and beyond to try and get my mom there. The rooms were nice. The facility was nice. There was plenty of room for her to walk around. The dining area looked large. They had one activity room that I can remember. I really would give kudos to the salesperson because she took an interest in my mom and was willing to work with me. The only reason we went with the other one is that it's closer to a family member. The dining area looked nice. It was in the hallway, and it was open. They had a few outdoor spaces, one particular for memory care, but they had other areas that were around. They didn't have large grounds.

Viva Senior Living at Harrisburg was a very nice community. They were doing some renovations in one section, but the dining room was very nice. The residents were eating when I first went in. The food smelled and looked good. Their rooms are studios. They have transportation. They have a beauty salon. They have lots of activities. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff. Those that I did have some conversations with all seemed very nice. I was very impressed. The staff who gave me the tour was very knowledgeable and very helpful, too, because she had gone through having to deal with her mother. She was very helpful in that respect. The staff that I did get to engage with were all very nice and very pleasant. They were all upbeat. It was very nice and very clean.

Do not go there. There is never enough staff. Patients who need assistance to use the toilet don't get it. They are basically stuck in wet Or soiled underwear all day. Management doesn't care one bit. They overwork the good staff and let the others stand around on their phones. There is no response to communication. This place is horrible!

My father-in-law has moved in. Right now, it seems OK. It's very comfortable for him right now. There are plenty of activities. He has played cornhole and bingo. They have dancing. He is pretty busy. He has only been there probably for one week now.

My Mum has been here 22 months and has had the most amazing treatment. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Her room is clean, bright, homely. Lovely bathroom with shower. I am so glad she is living here. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is seeking a home for their loved one!

It was a very nice facility, but it was too far away. The apartments were much smaller, and look like a 1-bedroom. The staff member was very pleasant, answered any questions we had, and was very helpful. The amenities are good.

It was very pleasant. They met us at the scheduled time, and we discussed the place. It was very interesting, informative, and very nice. They took down some information about my mom. The staff was very pleasant and very nice. They had a separate dining room, which was nice. There were activities going on.

I visited and toured. It was very nice. The staff was very wonderful, very pleasurable, and accommodating. They had pretty much everything, like playing Wii on the TV when we were there, bingo, and cards. They had a little gift shop. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I believe they provided bus service to doctors' appointments upon request.
