I unsatisfactory with staff, slow to respond, told one staff that needed pain meds and she walked out and after more than an hour I finally called 911 and I had paramedics there within minutes also Mercy Flights as well and was taken to Asante in Medford. I recommend no one go there.

Under staffed ,under skilled, rude to patients. Horrible. I weep for poor people trapped there.

Friend who was there after a fall received NO physical therapy and was mostly just left alone in bed with dirty diapers.

My husband was in Avamere, and we didn't like it. He was there after he had his hip surgery for his rehab. He was left alone. They had him wired to his bed so he couldn't even turnover, and he couldn't get anybody to respond to his buzzer. The staff didn't care that much. It was an old facility, and it was kind of crowded, but I would say it was clean.

I found Avamere to be awful and smelly. They have containers in the hallways that were full of dirty diapers and that’s the first thing you smell when you walk in. But when you get to the side of the rooms, that part was clean and nice. The staff was nice as well. They were very encouraging when you needed it and compassionate as well.
