"Copper Ridge is clean, nice, and we're really pleased with the place. All the staff is just wonderful. They treat their patients with a lot of respect and care. My mother-in-law has dementia, so it's hit and miss with her. But I know she does enjoy there. She's in a 2-bedroom. They keep them very nice, with her own TV, a sitting chair, and they even put up a Christmas tree for her. I like the staff. They interact with the residents there really well, and they're always there to make them happy. "

"My mother was in Windsor Redding Care Center. It seemed completely adequate, and it was nice. I was there once to have a review with my mother and it seemed fine. The staff was very nice. She was in a shared room and it was more institutional. She was there for physical therapy. She was just there for 20 days. There's nothing unusual. You go into the entryway, then they take you down the hallway to where the patients are. I would rate them high. They asked her specifically what food she likes."

"The staff was great at Marquis. My mom didn’t think they had good food, but she is a pretty-nice sized woman, and she is also a diabetic. They feed her 5 to 6 meals a day, but there’s three main meals and snacks in between. I think they do a really good job. They have a physical therapist, they have birthday parties, and they have crafts. In the memory center, they have medical, and there is like the memory care. It’s in the same building, but they have different rooms. They play cards, and they stuck blocks and TVs in their room. They have a small activity room, and they usually take the food into the room. "

"My wife was a resident of Quartz Hill. It was a good stay, the people were very nice, and we were very satisfied; everything was good. We chose them because they were the one that was available. It's a nice convalescent home and the staff was very good."
