They were able to locate a caregiver on short notice which I appreciate. The caregiver they sent was very nice, her name is Sarah. She was very polite, personable, on time and good at assisting me with my husband. For me at least, the only negative thing is the cost but I realize that they are running a business and need to make a profit while still paying their employees."
