Moving my dad into a nursing home wasn’t easy—it’s a big step for any family. But from the moment we visited Jasmine Estates, we knew it was the right place. The staff has been amazing: kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The place itself feels warm and welcoming—not like a facility, but more like a real community. My dad quickly got comfortable there, which honestly surprised me in the best way. He’s staying active, eating well, and even participating in social events, which is huge for him. The peace of mind I get from knowing he’s being looked after by people who truly care is priceless. My mother-in-law moved in, and she's doing really well, so far. The communication is done mostly with my wife, but so far it's been really good. My wife has been able to talk to her on a daily basis when needed or if she's had an issue and the staff would call. For activities, I don't know about all the things that my mother-in-law takes advantage of, but I know she goes to the main area where they play Bingo whenever they have it.

My tour was my last facility to tour. I knew that when I left I had found the place for my LO. Since then, my LO is now a resident, it’s only been a few weeks but I couldn’t be happier.
