Mom has been with Mason Health Care Center for quite a while and doing quite well. The place is very clean. I think they're probably a little short-staffed like a lot of places that I've seen (we've been through a few places), but they managed. I think the nurses are very good. They do pretty well with the activities, external and internal. They have bingo and different events, and they also go out to places. The only negative is their food. They need a cook, a chef, or somebody who knows how to put food groups together. Sometimes they don't even have food in the full food groups. They just put something together that doesn't make sense. Mom might get pasta, jello, and pie or something like that at dinner. You need your proteins.
