The rooms are falling apart and the CNA’s are extremely underpaid and understaffed. Your loved ones may be at risk of health issues due to the cold/frozen cooked food, the downright awful registered nurses, and being left in their own waste for hours on end. My mother suffered terribly here.

My mother is at Vancrest Health Care Center. I'm not crazy about it, but she chose to go there because her old friends are there. The facility seems understaffed. The food is not good, and that's a complaint she has had since day one. Her apartment is quite nice, and the wing that she's on is fairly new. Some staff members are quite nice, but I'm not overly impressed, and it costs more. The assisted living side is nice, and the apartments are nice. It's kept clean and it's fine. It's okay.
