Rooms were very clean facility very clean and one caretaker do it out to me and her name was mercy. She has all the qualities I would like to see in all nursing homes across America. She deserves a raise in my book if I could afford to give her a raise, I would in a couple other staff members.

My Mom is a resident at Crown Pointe. She was first there for rehab/skilled care after a fall and hip surgery. The staff and therapists were wonderful. She had a nice private room and loved the food. She recovered and was able to go home. Months later she had a series of small strokes and we devastated when she was diagnosed with vascular & degenerative dementia. As the disease progressed, it became obvious that we could no longer care for her at home. Having been so happy with her previous stay at Crown Pointe, I called them to find out if they could help. They remembered us and with no hesitation said ‘’we’ve got you”. And they did and still do ‘have us’! She has now been living there just over a year. I cannot say enough about the excellent care they give to my Mom. The nurses, aides & administrative staff are loving, caring and professional. They not Out look out for Mom, they look out for me as her primary family caregiver as well. I am grateful everyday that I found Crown Pointe and have been blessed to get to know these angels who are walking amongst us!

My son was at this facility for a few weeks.. Had a terrible fall...and died 6 days later. No one contacted the family to report the falll! The family insisted he go to emergency room..over their disagreement. Several ribs broken and a shoulder fracture. Died 6 days later..as a direct result of his fall.

Crown Pointe has very good service. I’ve been to 5 or 6 nursing homes through the years, and they’re probably the best out of them. The staff was good; the PT, aides, and social worker were also good. They have pretty good food.

Crown Pointe had the best atmosphere and nice place. She shares a nice room with cable TV. They have a nice menu and cafeteria. They have a lot of entertainers come in and a lot going on there. They have a room where the people go and socialize. That was a big part why I chose this because she likes to get out and socialize. This was the best place for that too.
