"I have a family member who is currently at this facility, Everyone has been very nice and I can honestly say I have not had any problems, All of the staff here has been very helpful and knowledgeable.... "I toured Creekside Village Healthcare. I like the atmosphere of it. I like that the team seemed to be very aware, alert, and paying attention to everything. I would feel comfortable with my mom being there. The person who took me around was very knowledgeable, had answers to the questions that I had, and took her time to make sure that I know each part of the facility my mom would be having contact with. She just made me feel comfortable. I didn't see any appliances in the rooms. I saw a courtyard and a little seating area. It's a nursing home that specializes in memory care."

"I couldnt be happier with the care that my relative has been receiving. I recently visited him at Woodlake and he looks so much better thanks to the great physical therapy that he has been receiving! The staff does such a good job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! "

"I have had a family member there for five years now, and except for some issues with meds not ordered or her complaints about a roomate she is happy. She and a couple friends entered a quilt they made in activities, into the Brazoria County fair and took best overall. They have daily activities if they choose to participate. The food is good; I eat with my family member one twice a month, to keep an eye on food quality. "

"I have a grandparent who is being cared of at Cypress Woods Care Center. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of care and concern they have for their patients. Anytime anything slightly out of the norm occurs, we receive a phone call notification and can come in no matter then hour if we feel our presence will help. Also, this facility is directly across the street from a hospital, so when urgent care is needed it is literally seconds away. Also, the nursing home is just minutes away from several restaurants, so we can take our loved one out the eat anytime we like and they always work with us to coordinate this effort. The facility is also decorating very nicely and looks much more like a home than any other nursing home I have ever seen. The only bad thing I have ever heard about this facility is that they could pay their employees a bit more, but nonetheless the employees seem to all care very highly about the residents. "

"I went to Laurel Court. I only met one staff and she was very informative. She showed me around, she answered all my questions, and they just seemed to have a very nice place. The room seemed fairly roomy just for a single person. They had private and semi-private available, so that gives you an option. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I like the fact that you can transition between levels of care that are needed. The ability to leave my fiancé there and not have to move him again was nice. Because of the price, it might be a little too much for some people. They did accept some insurance payments but my boyfriend wasn't eligible for that. It was just one of the ones that I was impressed with. It was one of the top few that I had picked. "
