"Gillette Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is not the prettiest place, but this one has the owners of the family on site every day. They work there and that helps. They have a good representation of employees that have been there a long time. The rooms are OK. Mom has her own room and her own bathroom. You got to go in the room to get to the bathroom. Each room can use some updating though."

"I will recommend Omni Manor to anybody. The place is spotless. You can eat off the floors. There isn't an odor when you come in. From the nursing staff all the way down to the janitors, they are absolutely wonderful. The food is good, and my dad enjoys it. Everything about the place is good, especially the nurses and the aides who make sure that he is clean all of the time and always come and check on him. The place is awesome. "

"Community Skilled has a lot of units, and it is 5 to 10 minutes away from my dad’s home so he can visit every day. The care is very good. She has physical and occupational therapy, and all the staff has been really nice. They have a community dining room, and the people have to get washed up and dressed every day to eat in the dining hall. They have activities, Sunday church service, and it’s pretty nice. All the diets are according to whatever the person is on. My mom is a diabetic, and they have a diabetic diet for her and low cholesterol, and the food is pretty tasty. My mom eats and she likes the food. They are in the process of remodeling the façade of the facility itself. "

"I have been a resident at this facility for 4 years and found the care excellent . I hope all the nursing homes are able to keep their standards in lieu of this current governor's wanting to utterly destroy the nursing home industry. "

"My late wife spent her last 22 months there, and I was there for 2 weeks of orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation after surgery. Overall care was compassionate, concerned, and outstanding by all from the executive director, nurses, aides, rehabilitation and recreational staff, and the medical director. Even the food was excellent. I recommend this place with no reservations. "

"My father has been in this facility 3 times over the past 6 or 7 years, with broken hip, knee surgery, And stroke, and i can say that each time they have worked hard and provided excellent compassionate care, while he was there. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially if you have one of the above conditions."

"It's not as fancy as some other facilities that look like a hotel but has a very warm and caring atmosphere. It was situated in a huge wooded area and my Mom loves outdoors. This is one of the things that we like because it would make her really comfortable.They had actually a couple of units available. We were able to tour those. The units were very nice and clean and it's everything that she would need. The setting was very nice with a window and a view of the courtyard and the flowers and trees. It was very nice. The staff were very nice. We were kinda leaning toward this facility because it fits my Mom's personality better. Also, you get to spend less money but you get more than what you will be paying for. This is the one we are leaning toward by the time my Mom is ready to live in an assisted living facility. "

"My mother is in Woodlands at Austinwoods. You couldn't go in the place, but I think things are going well with my mother right now. She seems pleased with the food. Everything isn't like home, but there's a nice mix. The food isn't the same thing every day by any means and that is good. Some days are better than others, but she's quite pleased. They do a few things, but not much."

"After having shoulder replacement surgery mid May of this year(2024) I decided that rehab would be the best next step in my recovery. There was a room (private) available at Windsor House in Champion, Ohio. When I was discharged from the hospital, on a Friday afternoon I went directly to Windsor House. Considering it was the weekend, I was a little concerned about the level of care I might receive. I was pleasantly surprised and realized soon, that no matter what shift, the care I received was consistently above and beyond my expectations. In an attempt to give recognition to everyone (I probably have left a department out) but would like to to give recognition to the staff from each of the following departments. Each have demonstrated an attitude of professionalism, kindness & understanding: Facility Administrator Admissions Coordinator Facility doctor Nurses STNA Social services Housekeeping/ Laundry Nutrition services Maintenance Occupational therapy Physical therapy Receptionist Quality assurance Clinical Director Opportunities to participate in physical, social activities and attend onsite religious services. Before being discharged the Care Plan team and I met to review my progress, review the doctor directions, social services, to promote strategies on how to continue to make progress at home. In conclusion, in my opinion, Windsor House strives to encourage healing in a safe clean environment, help patients understand the doctor instructions, offer support and provide resources to continue progress on their road to recovery. I am very thankful for the team effort of support and encouragement from everyone!"

"It was beautiful and clean. The dining area was spacious, accommodating, and looked easy for everyone to get around in. It was also well cared for. The staff members were very nice, very cordial, and answered any questions I had. They seemed to be caring toward the people living there."

"My mother was recently placed here. Most of the staff were very professional. The receptionist at the front desk (Casandra) was exceptional, going above and beyond when other family members interacted with her. Several nursing staff however, need an attitude adjustment (Michelle) and the Social Worker talk down to most of the visitors. Overall Mom enjoys the other residents."

"My mother was at this facility for rehab after her heart attack 2 month ago. She did amazing she was walking and back to herself in know time. The facility was clean , the staff was friendly and the nurses made her and myself feel like family. "
