Gillette Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is not the prettiest place, but this one has the owners of the family on site every day. They work there and that helps. They have a good representation of employees that have been there a long time. The rooms are OK. Mom has her own room and her own bathroom. You got to go in the room to get to the bathroom. Each room can use some updating though.

Horrible management. Floor staff gets away with total lack of proper care to residents. Taking a shower is like entering the freezer of death.
