My mother is in Woodlands at Austinwoods. You couldn't go in the place, but I think things are going well with my mother right now. She seems pleased with the food. Everything isn't like home, but there's a nice mix. The food isn't the same thing every day by any means and that is good. Some days are better than others, but she's quite pleased. They do a few things, but not much.

My mom was in rehab at Woodlands at Austinwoods Nursing Center. I thought the communication could be better. The remodelled facility was very, very nice. We lost some clothes there and the lady in laundry and head nurse were more than cooperative in trying to find the missing articles of clothing, and that happens in facilities like that. The new rehab unit is beautiful, but we can't use it now because of the COVID. I was only able to look at my mother through a window because they're on lockdown there.
