"Our friend of over 40 years has been a resident of Hearthstone since January 2023 She has multiple health issues from a stroke causing memory issues and a defective heart valve. The heart valve was replaced this week and was successful. The staff at Hearthstone has been very caring and kind to our friend and she has bonded with some of the staff and other patients. She is very happy with her living environment although it is a bit spartan. She likes the food and care she receives. I would rate a 4 out 5. "

"My mother spent a month at ManorCare at Wingfield Hills. I was very happy with the therapy and staff and care my mother received. I would choose this facility again. "

"Advanced Health Care of Reno was new and so posh. It was like going into Ritz-Carlton. They took good care of my wife. The specialist who took care of her was very good. Her room was really clean, and the whole place was excellent. The meals were delivered to the table, like in a restaurant. Everything there was high class."

"Manor Care Health Services was an excellent, clean place with a lot of nurse aides. The food was adequate. They had a beautiful physical therapy place with all the machines and plenty of therapists to help you. The nurse would come in the morning and post what time the physical therapist was going to come to get you to take you down to the PT room. You could eat in your room, if you wanted to, or you could eat in their dining room. On Wednesday afternoons, they had ice cream socials. On Friday afternoons, they had happy hours where they served soda pop and pizza or nachos. They had bingo every day, and shopping once a week. The nurse aides would wheel you into the shower, provide you with shampoo, body wash, towels, and they'd give you a shower."

"My mom was at Alta Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We didn't like the facility, but the staff was friendly. Her bed was uncomfortable and her TV was broken the whole time she was there. My mom didn't really like the food there, and she was just in her room the whole time."
