"I have someone coming in from FirstLight Home Care of Reno for my mom. So far, I'm very happy with the person that they have sent out. They're very accessible if I need to talk to somebody. They have an online portal that I can go, and they keep it up-to-date and very current. I can read what the caregiver is saying about my mom and just keeping an eye on it. I can compare notes when my mom tells me one thing, and I can see what they're doing. So far, it's been fine. They come in for three hours a day. They just assist her with anything around the house that she needs, take her on walks, and just keep her company. So far, there's only been one caregiver, and my mom likes her, so that's good."
