We're using FirstLight Home Care of Reno for my husband. I have a caregiver come in for five hours a day, once a week. They offer companionship service. I've had several different caregivers from there; sometimes it felt like a revolving door. I've had the last one three times, which is pretty good. Otherwise it's like one week, and then somebody else comes. Then one week, and somebody else comes. I'm hoping this caregiver is going to stay for a while, but I never know. I have no problems with the billing and management at all.

I have someone coming in from FirstLight Home Care of Reno for my mom. So far, I'm very happy with the person that they have sent out. They're very accessible if I need to talk to somebody. They have an online portal that I can go, and they keep it up-to-date and very current. I can read what the caregiver is saying about my mom and just keeping an eye on it. I can compare notes when my mom tells me one thing, and I can see what they're doing. So far, it's been fine. They come in for three hours a day. They just assist her with anything around the house that she needs, take her on walks, and just keep her company. So far, there's only been one caregiver, and my mom likes her, so that's good.

I am using FirstLight Home Care of Reno for my grandma. They just started yesterday, and I am very impressed. They're very, very good. I chose them because of their immediate availability. They provide basic companionship.
