"We're using FirstLight Home Care of Reno for my husband. I have a caregiver come in for five hours a day, once a week. They offer companionship service. I've had several different caregivers from there; sometimes it felt like a revolving door. I've had the last one three times, which is pretty good. Otherwise it's like one week, and then somebody else comes. Then one week, and somebody else comes. I'm hoping this caregiver is going to stay for a while, but I never know. I have no problems with the billing and management at all."

"While I was in rehab, somebody from Eden Health came to me and told me what they can do for me. When I went home, a nurse came out three times a week to take my blood pressure and vitals and listened to my lungs. I had two physical therapists a couple of times a week: one for my arms and one for my legs. Then I had a girl come out once a week to help me take a shower. My nurse came one Saturday morning and found me in bed, fully clothed, sound asleep, the lights were on, the TV was on, and the door was unlocked but I don’t remember anything. So she called the ambulance and they gave me oxygen. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what would have happened. They were very good. They listened to what I had to say and asked questions. They were very thorough, and the nurse was excellent. If I needed them again, I would ask for them because they were really good."
