They could reach out if the caregiver isn't going to make it. The caregiver is amazing and takes care of my mom very well. They help with showering and make sure she doesn't fall.

Ashley was very attentive to her job, and I appreciated that the most. It made a huge difference; it was very helpful. Ashley seemed to be at the forefront of it. She visited my mother many, many times, helped her around town, made arrangements for the Nursing Assistants to come, and she was wonderful.

We can go out and get rest, and don't have to worry about my dad. From the second we got in touch with Ashley, to when my dad got care, it's been so good. I like the communication and care.
