"I am using Seniors Helping Seniors Greater Sacramento for my mom. They're helping her with showering, cooking, cleaning, and typical stuff. Their billing is fine, and they do that weekly. It's nice that they have people in the same age range as my mom, versus sending out a 20 or 30-year-old who runs circles around her and makes her trip and fall. But then, at the same time, now I've got this 75-year-old woman who's really slow. So, I don't know what's better, the 30-year-old, the 20, or the slow 75-year-old. I was very shocked that I got a person who's 75 years old, but we're working with it."

They're good with my parents and they do a variety of things. They help with cleaning the house, they help them with their pills, they'll do light cooking, and they do light housework for them. They can also do activities together, so they do a little bit of everything. They don't provide any kind of nursing type situations, they just do supervision.
