Help at Home has worked with us to insure consistency in providing helpers. When a particular helper's personality conflicted with one of my parents, they did not hesitate to make a change. Fortunately, there has been minimal turn-over in the two years we have used their services. After completing the mandatory health tasks, the helpers have jumped in and taken care of other tasks rather than just sit and visit. It is obvious the helpers actually care about my parents. Plus, they keep us informed as they notice health or mental changes in my parents. Help at Home was patient with us when we ran into a glitch with our insurance company. Help at Home may have recently changed their name.
