"It did not have availability, but it was very nice. It was assisted living, and the one I saw was just an empty room. It's just a room and a bathroom. They had a courtyard. I didn't go out there and look at it, but I saw green grass. We were looking for a place that would accept dogs, and they did accept little dogs. The person during the tour was very nice, outgoing, and informative."

"It was new and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. They provided an excellent follow-up. If we needed a place, that would be the place we would have chosen. They have a game room, a library, and a theater. They support residents with outings and doctor's appointments. They assist with all kinds of activities."

"My mother is moving into Clearwater at Rancharrah. They do have a transition to memory care when it's needed. I went there in person, I met with the director of sales, and she was terrific. I saw a model room. It was very clean and very spacious, but they have different size rooms. It sounds like they do have exercise facilities, salons, and restaurants. It's brand new, and for my mother, I think it would be nice for her to join the place at the same time that everyone else is joining, because sometimes these places can get a little cliquey. And so with everyone moving in at the same time, I thought that would be nice for her to be in the same boat as everyone else. It was very clean, very bright, and it's in a really nice location."

"I liked Brookdale. They were very helpful in explaning all of the avenues of financial assistance that I could do. The facility was just so nice. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. They showed me a room, and I loved their little kitchenette. "

"I like Stone Valley Memory Care. I like how it's all for the same type of people. There are other group homes that I've gone to that I feel as though, when it comes to the memory part, they kind of get pushed to the back side away from everybody. So I liked Stone Valley when I was there yesterday. I like the room. They're just regular rooms. They're equivalent to the other ones that I've seen in even more expensive places. I like what I saw yesterday and I'm considering moving forward with them. I just want to make sure that there's nothing else out there that I need to look at first. The staff who gave the tour was great. She's very helpful. With regards to the food, they offer three meals a day. I saw the menu and it looked good. They also give them two snacks a day. Residents were walking around with snacks yesterday. I was there at 2:00, so it was snack time and they had like homemade muffins. They make sure and keep their people well-hydrated. I was impressed. It's the best one that I've seen yet."

"My mom is already in Arbors Memory Care. They solely specialize in memory care. They don't have just senior living or assisted on the premises, so I felt like she would have more consistent care with that experience. With COVID going on, they have a quarantine time, so we haven't been able to visit yet. In viewing everything before her moving in, the rooms were nice and the facility was clean. The residents there seemed clean and well cared for. Everybody was very kind, the staff and the caregivers. I've just been a little frustrated with communication. They had a library, they had a TV room, a chapel, and they had a beauty salon-barber shop area. They had some indoor cages for the birds, and it's a good sitting area. I've known other people whose family members have been there too, and they rate them very highly. The staff members were great and they always have been very kind to work with. They've tried to answer any questions we had and tried to keep us informed at that time. There were some things that they thought the information they gave us ended up being a little different when it came down to her going in. The building itself is in great shape, it's very beautiful."
