I like that the staff is all very nice and considerate. They have been so helpful and caring. I have back issues and there are some things that I am unable to do, they are able to assist me with these things around the house, which has been so helpful for me.

They are flexible and available. They provide good overall care. I like knowing she is not alone and someone is interacting with her and helping with day-to-day errands.

I would tell a friend that you can call them for anything you want or tell the caretaker. They have provided service to help her.

I like that the people are very nice, they get back to you really quickly, and if you need to make a change they go out of their way to make that happen. They are very flexible, and go out of their way to make changes.

They need to be more open with scheduling. They have had bad caregiver behavior, and they were not equipped to do their job for me.

It frees me up so that I don't have to spend all of my time taking care of my mother. They also help her with cleaning the house and things like that, so they're there to socialize, but they're also there to help with some of the heavy lifting. I like their flexibility and their willingness to work with my schedule. If they're not able to work it out, they're willing to help me find somebody else who can fill in those gaps. They're very patient with my mother.

They drive my parents everywhere. They truly care. They are super vigilant. They send great people to take care of my parents. They are always proactive.

They make a big difference in his life. He would be a lot worse off if he wasn't there. They make sure that he eats food. They make sure that he takes his meds and that he turns on his life alert when he is on his ranch. I find that the owner is very involved. It doesn't seem to be a large agency. The owner's involvement is very important to me. They like when one particular staff member is around.

I like the idea that I get an answering machine with a human instead of a robot. They keep in contact with me and if I need to change something I let them know in advance, and they are really good.
