"My wife is in Highland Village. She is not happy with the food, but she’s fortunate because one of the nurses there is actually one of her friends, so she takes really special care of her. She is basically happy with everybody there. The room that she is in is as nice as you expect. She is fairly comfortable there. "

"I feel that they did try their hardest to keep him comfortable but I was always worried, which is natural, that he wasn't getting what he needed and wanted. It was always very warm and he always said he never got what he wanted. whether it was juice or something for his room. It was always very very warm in the facility as well. But, like I said I think they tried. "
