I feel that they did try their hardest to keep him comfortable but I was always worried, which is natural, that he wasn't getting what he needed and wanted. It was always very warm and he always said he never got what he wanted. whether it was juice or something for his room. It was always very very warm in the facility as well. But, like I said I think they tried.
