"My mother-in-law didn't stay at Sunrise Manor for very long, but the care was fine. She didn't experience a whole lot there but I think she was right where she needed to be and was provided good care. The staff was very caring and kind. The place was nice and very well-kept. They kept us informed and we had a good experience."

"My mother has been a resident for almost two years. I love this facility and so does she. Our community at Signature South is a close knit family. They treat my mom like family. Not just my mom but everyone. Everyone is always clean, engaged in some activity, and you can tell by the interactions of the other residents that they are content. My moms hair is always clean and brushed. The staff is what makes this place magical. They go above and beyond everyday. All of them. I love Signature South and so does.my mom."

"I was unable to visit a dear friend of mine recently due to the pandemic but the facility took great care of her..she really enjoyed her conversations with her CNAs and time with her therapist..but missing her doggie was good motivation for her getting better and coming home...thanks yall"

"Wesley Manor is all one building, but they have one wing for memory care. The staff there has longevity; they have one person that has been there for over 25 years. When we visited they were actually doing activity time. We actually got to watch a little bit of activity time with them. It was a volunteer group that came in to do activities with the people in the nursing home. It wasn't the staff doing the activity, but it was still nice. They showed us a couple of vacant rooms. They were average and they looked more like converted hospital rooms."

"My sister is in Regency, and has been there for about a month. It’s very nicely designed, it had a very nice layout, and it was located in a very safe, pleasant area. It had nice, wide walls which made it real homey; instead of clinical. The staff was very pleasant, very cheerful, and seemed to relate to the people who were there. There are good activities, the activity leader is a very lovely, and wise person; really engages them. "

"My dad is at Green Meadows Health Care Center for long-term care. They are good with their patients. They do rehab within five days a week, and now they have to feed him because he can't get the food in his mouth. They do all of that. The food is good. He eats everything. The facility is good, and the price is nice."

"Colonial has greatly improved from the days "back when". The staff is very caring and attentive to the residents. The rooms are small but always clean. The facility itself is always clean. They have an amazing maintenance team of Anthony and James. The Management Team is always receptive to suggestions, ideas, complaints, whatever you bring to their attention. This is not to say the place is perfect. It has issues just like any other facility. However, the difference is the Administrator has an open-door policy for his staff, residents, visitors, interacts on a daily basis with everyone and welcomes any feedback, whether it be positive or negative. He is quick to resolve issues and truly wants the Home to be just that, a Home where all of the residents feel loved and taken care of. Keri, the face that greets you at the door and the voice that greets you on the phone is always smiling and positive, and that reflects positively on the residents' outlook. My brother, Charlie, had to be relocated from Lexington to Bardstown and has been at Colonial since November 12, 2025, and he loves it. He is very happy, loves his roommate, loves the staff, loves the residents, and loves the food. He is very well taken care of. The staff works hard every day making sure the residents have what they need. I would highly recommend putting your loved one at Colonial."

"We visited Francisan Health Care Center a month ago. It's a very nice and clean facility. The staff was very nice. There's an emergency call button for each room, like in a hospital, if there's an emergency. "

"I had to do a project interviewing someone over 65 for school and randomly called the facility to see if they could help me. The employees of the facility were very nice and introduced me to a resident to interview. Every time I visited the facility it was always clean and tidy. The food was pretty good, but it was kind of bland because they didn't use a whole lot of seasonings. The resident told me it was because not everyone could have them. The apartments people lived in were pretty nice. Some of them faced the courtyard in the middle of the building so they had kind of a back porch. The facility also had a memory care unit and a long term care unit so if something happened to a resident in the assisted living part they could just move to one of the other units. It made it easier for the families. They also offered a lot of different activities throughout the day; if someone needed physical or occupational therapy that was also offered. "

"Wonderful facility. My Grandmother received the care she needed before she passed in 2021. They are extremely caring to the residents and offer enrichment programs for them to attend so they aren't bored."

"My sister moved into Harrison Healthcare Center last October. They were wonderful and very professional. They had invited us up on that very first visit to have lunch with them, and we did. The food was delicious. We viewed pretty much the whole facility. The staff in general was very knowledgeable. The other people in her area were very friendly, and very vocal. It was very comfortable between us and other patients. It was extremely clean. There's nothing I can complain about up there. They were wonderful. They have memory care activities for 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon every day pretty much at least from what I've seen. Everybody interacts so well with each other. It doesn't matter whether they're housekeeping, nursing, or whoever, they all interact very well with the patients and the patients with them."

"As a family member of 2 residents at Indian Creek I want to give them a 5 star. Rating. My uncle and aunt whom are there in my option are receiving excellent care . I encourage all to look into this faculty for a place for your love ones to go when home life isn't an option. "
