"My father came to Sunrise Manor for physical therapy to regain strength after a 2 week stay in the hospital and being diagnosed with dementia. He received excellent care and attention by all the staff from front office to nursing care. He went into hospice care and still received continuous care from the staff along with hospice nurses. I highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for physical therapy or also long term care for a loved one."

"My mother has been a resident for almost two years. I love this facility and so does she. Our community at Signature South is a close knit family. They treat my mom like family. Not just my mom but everyone. Everyone is always clean, engaged in some activity, and you can tell by the interactions of the other residents that they are content. My moms hair is always clean and brushed. The staff is what makes this place magical. They go above and beyond everyday. All of them. I love Signature South and so does.my mom."

"Wanted to jot a note telling you how pleased I was with Georgetown Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Facility. Choosing a Rehab Facility that was safe, clean, and competent was important to me. I’d not had any major surgeries like total knee replacement, and was uncomfortable going home to a house without any support following surgery. I also had some other considerations that were critical. I am on a special food plan, wanted somewhere close to home, and the place chosen had to work with my health insurance. Staff in general was knowledgeable and helpful. The rehab staff really knew what they were doing. And, I was pleased with the progress made by working with PT/OT. Their positive attitudes helped me focus on recovery. Thank you for your help when I needed it most. If I ever need another Rehab stay I will be back to Georgetown Manor I personally would recommend stay here. Bonnie Calkins "

"I went to Wesley Manor. It's very nice. The nursing home part was small. I like the feeling of it. It didn't smell. That's a problem I have when you go in and you can smell urine and all that. The little girl that took me through knew everybody's name in there. They have very low turnover, too. A lot of nursing homes have a high turnover, so that's why I like Wesley Manor. They showed me where the rooms are in the nursing home care. It's like out in the country. It's very pretty. They have all these trails you can walk. The facility looked nice; I liked it. The staff who gave the tour was very good. She was very helpful. The place was very clean, too."

"My sister is in Regency, and has been there for about a month. It’s very nicely designed, it had a very nice layout, and it was located in a very safe, pleasant area. It had nice, wide walls which made it real homey; instead of clinical. The staff was very pleasant, very cheerful, and seemed to relate to the people who were there. There are good activities, the activity leader is a very lovely, and wise person; really engages them. "

"My dad is at Green Meadows Health Care Center for long-term care. They are good with their patients. They do rehab within five days a week, and now they have to feed him because he can't get the food in his mouth. They do all of that. The food is good. He eats everything. The facility is good, and the price is nice."

"We chose Franciscan Health Care Center for my mom. It's clean, and the people are friendly and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable and they do a good job. They serve three meals a day. They have bingo, music chimes, a couple of courtyards, and a porch sitting area."

"My loved one was at Windsor Gardens Bardstown. They were fine. The assisted living side was very nice. They have their own apartment. It's older so it was not as nice and the food wasn't that tasty. They had different music groups come in. They had bingo, painting, and exercises."

"Wonderful facility. My Grandmother received the care she needed before she passed in 2021. They are extremely caring to the residents and offer enrichment programs for them to attend so they aren't bored."

"My sister moved into Harrison Healthcare Center last October. They were wonderful and very professional. They had invited us up on that very first visit to have lunch with them, and we did. The food was delicious. We viewed pretty much the whole facility. The staff in general was very knowledgeable. The other people in her area were very friendly, and very vocal. It was very comfortable between us and other patients. It was extremely clean. There's nothing I can complain about up there. They were wonderful. They have memory care activities for 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon every day pretty much at least from what I've seen. Everybody interacts so well with each other. It doesn't matter whether they're housekeeping, nursing, or whoever, they all interact very well with the patients and the patients with them."

"As a family member of 2 residents at Indian Creek I want to give them a 5 star. Rating. My uncle and aunt whom are there in my option are receiving excellent care . I encourage all to look into this faculty for a place for your love ones to go when home life isn't an option. "
