"They were great at Haven of Our Lady of Peace and really took care of my mom. They had really good physical therapists who really worked well with her as far as getting her back to her normal activities and everything. I feel they did a good job in the physical and occupational therapy. "

"This, like any other large scale facility has issues that can be improved upon. But overall this is a great place to live. The staff is very attentive to the recovery and condition of each individual needs. The staff respects resident privacy and life choices., example sexual orientation. The administrator cares about the residents welfare and happiness greatly. the rooms are clean but need some minor repairs such as the window blinds."

"I spent a week at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola. The people were caring. It was very clean and comfortable with the exception of one of the patients who stole my ring and I'm upset about that, but I can't do anything about it. The food was delicious. I went to physical therapy. I improved and I can walk now, and I would rate the therapists a 5/5. You could eat in your room or you could go to the dining room."

"My brother was in Bay Breeze Nursing home for a brain tumor several years ago. Since then I have had friends who were there after hospital stays. I can truly say that this nursing home is wonderful. The staff is caring and friendly, the facility is clean and the food is good. They go the extra mile for each resident to make their stay there as pleasant as they can. The permanent residents seem to feel truly at home because of the kind way they are treated as individuals and not just as patients. I highly recommend Bay Breeze Nursing Home and Retirement Center. "My brother recently spent 7 1/2 weeks at Rosewood. From the time we got there until we left, the entire experience was outstanding. The staff, from the custodians to the director, was very attentive. We could not have been more satisfied. Thank you for a terrific experience and for building my brother up so he could live at home again. PT, OT, and speech therapy did a great job. Life enrichment programs also made the recovery much easier. Rosewood Healthcare IS the best facility I have ever seen. ALL of you folks deserve the highest honors. Thank you, thank you, thank you. "I was a resident of Coral Bay at Pensacola for about four months. The nurse practitioners were always on staff. The CNAs went above what they do. The therapists were excellent. They not only help you, they explain why they were doing what they were doing. It's extremely clean. It's a large base. It has 200 residents or close. So, I highly recommend it. They have arts and crafts. They have movie nights. They have church services. They have a library. They had somebody come in who did nails and cut hair. There were bingo games, and there was always something going on."

"Are you thinking about coming to Park Place. Give it a try, I did. Let me tell you a story. I had lost the will to live. After after a year in bed , i had never walked. My family and friends convinced me to give Park place a try. For the first four months I did not want to do anything. I was not the best patient. The staff were very patient and slowly convinced me to try some of the thinks that I should be doing. I couldn't stand, so the staff lifted me into the wheelchair and back into the bed. One day they convinced me to go down to the therapy room. Oh yeah I said, but was I ever surprised!... The room was filled with people like me. They taught me things from my chair Music filled the room and the played anything the patients wanted. They served us coffee. I had a good time. I looked forward to my therapy days. Eventually, they taught me to walk I now am out of park place, but I will never forget them. The staff went beyond what was required. The housekeeping staff, kept the place so clean, that my guests noticed it. The maintenance staff came by and stopped daily to see if they could fix anything. They came by on there breaks just talk. The nurses were very caring, and asked if medications were working. The certified nurse assistants saw me every day, and I became very close with alot of them. The rehabilitation staff worked a miracle on me. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had to take care of. I can't name all the people that touched me, but you personally know who you are. I can say that the entire staff at park place are the following: A wonderful combination 😍 of professionalism and a down home feeling of tender loving care. "The rooms are private and spacious. Mom enjoyed the food, especially ice cream in the afternoon. Mom was being treated for a wound. DeLuna wound care team was excellent. Needing some financial assistance, Allison worked tirelessly to help us find assistance. Visited mom daily, if a staff member wasn’t in the room when arriving, they would pop in to check on her. Encouraged her to eat in the dining area for some companionship and just not stay in her room all day. Hopefully mom will not have another need for a rehab, but if she does, this is the place I feel comfortable for her to be."

"My father in law was a long term patient at this facility. The care of the staff as he was passing, there are not words to thank them for all they did. Everyone from the dietary department to the Nurse Practitioner. He was in this facility approximately for 4 years. He was first admitted as a short term rehab patient and when he was at the point where he no longer could be home by himself we looked at Specialty for Long Term Care. While there if we had any questions or concerns they were always addressed. Again, my family and I thank the facility for all their kindness and care they showed."

"My grandfather was at Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center. I like their staff a lot better than the other place he was in. They were a lot better with communicating with me about what was going on with my grandpa. I can get right through to the nursing station. It was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I don't have any complaints at all. The facility was nice and clean."
