"When you walk into the lobby you are greeted by friendly warm staff ready to help however they can. The staff is well trained and is professional. They seem to really love what they do and that comes across then you speak with them and observed them. The patients were clean, bright and alert. Most of the patients who can move around were active and busy engaging one another or visiting with family and friends. Meal time was pleasant and the meals are prepared daily fresh with amazing healthy choices. The menu is well planned with options for alternative diets. The rooms are good size and you are welcome to bring your own touches.They are kept busy with Board games, Arts and Crafts, Chess, Bingo and outside programs brought in by civic and Religious organizations. The patients love having the programs come in. Staff encourages family and friends to visit as often as possible so the residents do not feel abandoned. The staff does an amazing wonder job with the patients and meeting their needs they exceed the states regulations. I would place my loved one here. "

"My husband is going to Craighead Nursing Center. He needs total care. I have chosen them because of their reputation. When we toured the facility, it was very clean and bright, and it had a lot of natural light to it. The personnel were very friendly. We spoke to many of the employees as we had our tour, and they were impressive. They're quite a bit cheaper than where he is now, where the level of care is not as good. The price of it too had a bearing. The staff who gave the tour was very informative. She answered all our questions. She even answered them before we asked them."

"Corning Therapy the staff is beyond helpful and set the standard for caring and being warm. The staff is well trained and educated with extraordinary customer service. The facility is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are good size and can accommodate touches from home to make their space cozy. The residents are clean and well cared for. They are bright and alert and are not isolated or left alone for long periods of time. Staff is attentive and makes sure all residents are part of activities and events. Those resident who cannot attend due to being bed ridden they are engaged on a regular basis to keep them from slipping into isolation and loneliness. The menu is well planned and the food is tasty. They offer many choices for variety and there are Vegetarian Options also. The residents I spoke to say the staff is lovely and they are compassionate. The residents stated they feel safe and secure.
