Food is horrible, care is horrible, nursing staff not familiar with patients they are taking care of daily. Techs are negligent with patients items . Administrator does not want to be bother with family, facility stinks, As the patient health gets worse the care does too. Staff. Not educated on Alzheimer's / Dementia patients. Staff does not understand Hospice/ comfort care. Need education.

My mother is in Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation. The food is horrible, and they have very few activities. For $5,015 a month, it is not the most expensive one, but it is a newer, clean place. They just put a piece of bread on your plate and will not give you anything to put up on it. It is not good. I have been in enough places that I see what goes on. They are just tired of changing diapers. It is not a very pleasant job. I had to complain twice about the bathroom because they are supposed to clean it every day, and it smells really bad. The dining room is OK. Everybody is served with food chopped up, so you don’t quite know what you are eating.

My 96 year old Mother is a resident at Jonesboro Healthcare Center. You wonder and worry if you are making a good decision anytime you commit a loved one to a Nursing facility. Our decision for Jonesboro Healthcare was a good one! They treat Mother like a queen! The staff is polite, kind and treat residents with love. Mother is warm, clean, well-fed and always has someone to talk with. Medical staff (0n-site) are responsive and quick to take action if needed. All personnel stay in touch with family members. I am very happy with Jonesboro Healthcare.

My Mother has been a resident for almost a year and we are very pleased with her care. Amber, Whitney and Hawley with social services have been wonderful and professional to deal with. All of the staff are very attentive and most of all, they show respect and kindness to the residents. The property is clean, spacious, and has a home like feeling. We are pleased with our choice of this residential care facility.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! The facility is new, clean, and modern, but what really sets Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation apart is the staff. Of course they certainly have a high level of professionalism, but what makes the staff special is their compassion for each resident, their gentle attitude, and, maybe most importantly, their respect for the dignity of each person--no matter the circumstances. We had several options for long-term care for my mother. Our choice of Jonesboro Health and Rehabilitation was certainly the right one!
