"Mountain Meadows Nursing & Rehab Center is a fairly decent place. It's nice, clean, and everything, and my wife seems to be getting good care. She is in the dementia unit. The staff seems to be good and the food seems to be fairly decent. They do have one room that's got a couch and some tables in it where they can go and get out of the room if they need to, but we have also provided her with some things in her room, like a TV, coloring books, and word search puzzle books, which she likes to do. That's about the only activities that she has."

"This is an excellent facility. My only complaint is that they seem a bit understaffed. There were time when we were there that Nana would need something and it would take about 10 mintues for me to track someone down to help. It is a clean and secure facility. There are also many activites available for the residents. I would highly recommend this facility. "

"My sister is in Lindley Health Care right now. She’s 93 and is supposed to have some therapy, but she doesn’t get out of bed and I’m afraid she’s going to get bed sores. She wants to come home, and I’m always afraid I can’t do it on my own because of my back. The room is very clean and nice. So far, the service has been pretty good, not really bad or anything, but I just don’t think they get her up and give her any exercise. They just put her in a wheelchair and take her to the dining room, then bring her back and put her in the bed, and she doesn’t get any exercise. They have a lot of activities and have something going on all day. She got sick and had to go to the hospital, and the hospital sent her over to this place. I didn’t even know she was going over there till they called and told me that she was there. "

"This nursing home is located in the Ozark Mountains. The facility is small and personal. The care provided was excellent until the time of my relatives death. She was taken care of for over 20 years in this facility. There is a game room for family to gather and enjoy board games or to sit around a piano and sing. The staff is more than helpful, they easily become your friends. You can enjoy sitting outside on the many patios under the trees looking out over a garden. The town itself is the folk music capital of the world and there is always live music on friday, saturday, and sunday nights. These local musicians will even come to the nursing home to play. The only downside to living here is the cold winters, but the building is warm and the staff will always help a healthy willing patient outside that might want to enjoy the winter snows. The beautiful snow lies soft on the trees and makes a very beautiful scene from the many windows in the sitting rooms. There is also a van that will take able patients out on town or to specialized medical facilities as needed. "

"My father is in rehab at Southridge Village Nursing and Rehab Center. The care is good, and he's being well taken care of. It's very clean, and it doesn't have that nursing home smell like most of them do. They have good staff members. The food looks good. I don't have any problems with them. I've had a couple staff members that I've not been 100% pleased with, but there's nothing drastic. For a nursing home, it looks really nice. I'm satisfied overall."
