The layout of Greene Acres Nursing Home is very good. The staff is thoughtful, caring, and thorough. The rooms have just a kitchenette and it is spacious and comfortable, though not every room has a kitchenette. My mother-in-law just got a room with a bathroom and sink, but it's still comfortable and she's happy. They gather them up for communion on Sunday and they have somebody come in on Fridays to do the ladies' hair.

My dad is in Greene Acres Nursing Home, and we've been very satisfied with them. They check on dad a lot, if he's not eating, they'll help him eat. I feel like they've gone above and beyond what most nursing homes do. The food is excellent, it's unreal how good it is, it's just great. When it comes to the rooms, you can tell it's an older place, but it's clean. It's kind of old, but it's still nice and they've got a window in every room, which is crazy to me. It's amazing the way they built it, how every room has a window looking outside. The staff has been great.

Greene Acres Nursing Home was a larger facility. They mostly had double rooms and then a few single rooms. I toured it a couple of years ago and it seemed like a nice and clean facility. The lady that I spoke to was nice. She seemed caring when we told her what was going on and everything. She was concerned about helping us to get my sister in there. The layout was nice, too. They had different hallways and they were really clean. They involved their residents in all kinds of activities year-round. They play certain types of games and they do physical therapy and other stuff together as a whole group. So, they try to involve everybody in something to help improve their health.

I have always been extremely impressed with Greene Acres. My great-grandmother was a resident there, and she was always happy and taken care of. The nursing staff are friendly and patient with the residents, and everything is done right and on time. All meals, meds, and baths are done at the proper times, and the staff makes sure that there are also plenty of activities to keep the more able-bodied residents active and happy. The facility is also kept extremely clean, inside and out, and all of the staff are friendly and well-groomed. The residents are taken care of and checked on often, and the facility is also very safe and secure. All of the exit doors have keypads that require a specific password, and that password is changed throughout the day. There is also always someone stationed at the front desk so that nobody gets in or out without proper authorization. I think that it is nice to have facilities like this so that people can know that their loved ones are provided with the special attention that they need, and Green Acres does an excellent job of doing that.

Green Acres Nursing Home is a beautiful facility that is clean, well maintained and well planned for the lives of the seniors they serve. The staff is amazing, well educated and professional. Staff is attentive and compassionate toward the residents. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The patients are active, alert and bright. They are full of life and the staff keeps them busy with daily activities and events. Those less able to get around are also included and kept busy as to ward of isolation and loneliness. Meals are well planned, made fresh daily with healthy options and choices. Staff is what makes this place extra special. A patient stated they love the staff and if they cannot live at home this is a great place to live.
