My husband is going to Craighead Nursing Center. He needs total care. I have chosen them because of their reputation. When we toured the facility, it was very clean and bright, and it had a lot of natural light to it. The personnel were very friendly. We spoke to many of the employees as we had our tour, and they were impressive. They're quite a bit cheaper than where he is now, where the level of care is not as good. The price of it too had a bearing. The staff who gave the tour was very informative. She answered all our questions. She even answered them before we asked them.
