Corning Therapy the staff is beyond helpful and set the standard for caring and being warm. The staff is well trained and educated with extraordinary customer service. The facility is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are good size and can accommodate touches from home to make their space cozy. The residents are clean and well cared for. They are bright and alert and are not isolated or left alone for long periods of time. Staff is attentive and makes sure all residents are part of activities and events. Those resident who cannot attend due to being bed ridden they are engaged on a regular basis to keep them from slipping into isolation and loneliness. The menu is well planned and the food is tasty. They offer many choices for variety and there are Vegetarian Options also. The residents I spoke to say the staff is lovely and they are compassionate. The residents stated they feel safe and secure. What more can you ask for from a facility you have to place a loved one. I would call them for a tour if you’re looking to place a loved one. The make helping Hands says it all.

This is the worst place ever to take a loved one the CNA's do not do their job right and they throw the residents around like rag dolls. This place is seriously a freaking joke!!! I would never let my family stay there again. The administrator and the director of nurses do not do anything about the complaints they recieve because they believe all of the older employees. Well I hate to inform you guys but the CNA's that have worked there for a long time are the ones who do not do their job right. They chicken wing people and do not even use their gait belts. Not only do the CNA's not do theirjob but the charge nurses are very rude and they take any illness with a grain of salt like they do not exist. This place needs to be shut down and someone with a heart needs to come in as DON and clean this place up!
