My mom moved into Holiday Forsyth Court two weeks ago. It's clean. It's just overall a nice place and they have activities to keep them busy. I like it. My mom has been adjusting. She can be a little antisocial sometimes, but other than that, I think she likes the play for the simple fact that she has her independence back. The staff was nice and friendly. They welcome you in. They make you comfortable and feel at home. In the dining area, the tables are set up nicely, and they have a little menu on the table and everything. So it's nice. They sit down, choose what they want to eat, and conversate with the other folks. It's a nice, clean building.

I toured Holiday Forsyth Court. What I like the most is they have three different sizes of apartments. So they're going to meet your needs, however you need them. If you want an efficiency size, they got it. If you need a larger size like I need, they got it, and it's very nice. They have a full kitchen or just a refrigerator, not an oven or stove. I still like to cook and bake. So I would want a full kitchen, which you still don't have to use, you can go to their dining room and eat because it's included in your fee. All of them are filled with refrigerators and some of them are even supplied with washers and dryers. They have a garden area where you can go out and sit and have a nice area, a gazebo area, to just go out and visit and stuff. There is a small area where you can have garden plants where you work together with the others who want to come out and plant some stuff too, you can plant flowers if you want. They do have daytime health care provided that's on staff. It's included in your cost of living there. It's just a nurse coming in. They come I think to your dorm or your apartment once a month. They make sure you don't have any problems with your meds and such and if you have a problem, somebody just checks you out or any little things you might just want or have a question for. They do have that there at Forsyth. The staff was great.

We had lunch at Holiday Forsyth Court. It was great. We had like a fruit cocktail, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans, and we had lemonade. Everything was clean. They're going to remodel. The laundry facility was clean. They had two washers and dryers in each one that were working. The staff knew the residents' names and stuff. We got sold on a lot of stuff there. The staff members were all super nice.

We toured Holiday Forsyth Court. The people were very accommodating and they were very nice. They would have done anything for my dad, but he just decided to stay where he's at. The staff was very nice and she was very bubbly. She could answer all our questions. She was just very informative and very knowledgeable. The food was excellent. The building was nice, neat, and clean.

We had a wonderful tour at Holiday Forsyth Court. We also had a question-and-answer session, either during the tour or right after it. They have completely renovated all the apartments, all the amenities, the dining room, and everything. It did not look like the same place, although it was pretty when I saw it before. We toured a room on the third floor. The fellow that lived there had moved to a smaller place, so it was being cleaned, and they had to take the carpet up. It was perfect size-wise. They were going to put in some hardwood floors, so I was very pleased. I've been there twice now, and I love it. We met the chef. He came over and spoke to us. We also met the lady at the front desk. I think they were very nice and welcoming. Three meals are provided. They also have snacks provided twice a day. There are lots of little events and activities.

We were very, very impressed with Holiday Forsyth Court. It was very clean. You walked in and you felt a home atmosphere. The people were very, very friendly, and the residents were very nice. They went out of their way to speak to us. The facility was lovely. They were doing an arts and crafts project that we watched for a while, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. They had a restaurant where you could order your meal and they would bring it to you.

I toured Holiday Forsyth Court and met with Antonette. She was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. She had a very caring attitude and really made the visit very comfortable. I was satisfied with the location itself because it is only 15 minutes away from me and my daughter. I liked the friendly atmosphere and their amenities, but what I liked best was they got three meals a day and all the activities they had during the day. The organization was just wonderful. The price I thought was very good, according to what my mom needs. To me, it wasn't overpriced. The facility itself was very clean and very up to date. The rooms were very nice. They provide you with a refrigerator and a sink (you can bring your own microwave). You can adjust the heating and cooling in your room. I loved that you could see the side of the building from the windows. I liked the gardens and the library within the facility that is managed by the city library. If mom needs transportation to and from a doctor's appointment, they have someone that can assist her. I liked that they have a Bible study class and that they have a hairdresser, so she won't have to worry about trying to make appointments for that.

We were very impressed with Holiday Forsyth Court. The tour was very thorough and the staff answered a lot of questions that we didn't even ask. She showed us several different room sizes, the floor plans were very nice and spacious. We were impressed with the activities and transportation that they offered. They invited us back to have dinner with them one day to check out the meals. My mother was the most impressed with that place of any that we saw. I was very impressed with what they had and the options that they offered for meals. They seem to be lots of balanced meals and lots of veggies, it wasn't just meat and starch heavy. It was a very balanced diet. And the dining facility looked very pleasant, not crowded, and has sunlight and everything. So it looked very nice.

Holiday Forsyth Court was a very happy community of people who seemed to have a relationship with each other as we were walking through the halls. Everybody was friendly, greeting and very genuine. The director, Shelley, went beyond the call of duty. It was more than just a tour; it was her getting to bond with me as she saw my interest in the place for my aunt. The place is very clean. And they had a lot of activities to offer, especially out in the courtyard where the residents had the freedom to grow vegetables and to plant whatever plants that they wanted to plant outside. There were four different floor plans. Depending on one's personality or one's needs financially, they had quite a few options. They have a microwave and refrigerator in the apartment. They have a washer and dryer on each floor that you can go to. They will do your towels and sheets, that's included, but as far as personal things, you can do that, or you can pay somebody to do it for $8.

I visited Forsyth Court, the room only had a little two-burner stove. They didn't have an oven. The layout was nice and the rooms were a little bit bigger than other places I saw. They have more space, but I didn't like the location at all, it was on a busy street. It's just that they don't have full facilities for you to use. The staff member that gave me the tour was very nice. It was very clean and everything that I saw was nice. They had a beauty shop, they had a TV room, and a community room.

I chose Forsyth Court. I've already moved in. It's a very nice place. The staff is nice, and I like it a lot. They have a library, they have bingo, they have arts and crafts, and they have day trips. The foods are really good. I have a nice apartment. I like it pretty much, it's just a little small. It's a nice place to live. It is a good community. The residents are very friendly. Everybody welcomes you and is very nice to you.

Forsyth Court was awesome. The food looked good. The people were active. The facility was clean. It was very well maintained. It seemed like a great community. The staff members were all very caring and seemed to enjoy what they did. The facility is a very long walk. If you are at the end of one of the hallways, it's still a pretty long walk. I would love to have seen a little different layout. It was good, but it just could have been a little bit better. I saw several people eating there and asked a couple of residents. They said the food was really good.

I liked Forsyth Court very much. I would have preferred a balcony or a patio in the apartment though, but the people were wonderful. The gentleman that took us on the tour was very nice. Everybody seemed happy and was smiling. We were able to see the apartment and it looked nice and very clean too. The outdoor area was also very pretty, and appeared to be very well-maintained. I just took a glance into the dining area and it appeared to be nice, bright, and cheerful. The power went out while my daughter and I did the tour, and I couldn't understand why there wasn't a generator in there.

I am currently a resident of Forsyth Court, and so far, so good. The apartment is fun. It is what I needed to downsize to, since I'm now a widow. I initially inquired when my husband was still alive. The parking for people who drive is good. The only thing that I might say that could have an improvement is, they only have one elevator for three floors and about four wings of the building. It's the only thing that put a question mark in my mind. All meals are included, and housekeeping is included. It's good -- not a whole lot and not a little bit -- it's just right, like the three bears. You can tell them what you want. Each day there's a small menu on your table, and you choose what you want from different types of vegetables, meats, desserts, and drinks.

The people at Forsyth Court were very nice, very accommodating, and very open to any questions. It's an independent living and the apartments were very clean, well-kept and it seemed like they were very attentive. It's a busy and very congested area, with a lot of traffic. The facility was very nice, very open, and inviting. It just had a lot of people. The rooms were very spacious and it seemed like the staff takes care of the people that are there well.

I liked Forsyth Court. I think I would be happy there. I saw a room on the third floor, which I would want to be. I saw one or two rooms, and the rooms were OK. The staff I met was very nice and informative. The residents were very nice, friendly people. They have a chef that prepares three meals a day, which is very good. They have a library and a laundry room, which I like. The building itself is very nice, but it is just right there on Reynolda road, which is very busy. It doesn't have a big front yard in the front. I would only want to stay there if I were in the back on the third floor looking at the trees.

My Dad has been in Forsyth Court since yesterday. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and neat and the room looks well maintained. He's got a 1-bedroom unit and it seems like an apartment. My sister went into the dining area and she said they have lots of choices for their meals and the staff is very attentive. They have bingo, walking clubs, and bible studies. My father said the food was very good.

I went to Forsyth Court. In every apartment that the staff showed me, there's only one window and it was a small window, and I can't live anywhere with only one window. The 1-bedroom apartments were very nice. The layout and everything were also very nice. When I was there, I had to wait for a long time because the agent was tied up with a couple in there, so they gave me lunch to take with me, and it was very good. I had no complaints with that at all. The 1-bedroom apartment was a good size. As I was walking through, I was looking at how I would arrange my furniture, and I thought they're very well thought out. If they only had more windows, I'd love to move in there. They have three meals a day, they have a bus that would take you to doctors' appointments, and a beautiful library, and I'm a reader, so that struck me right away. The people that I met that were in the hallways or in the lobby and I was talking to were all very friendly, and one lady has been there for 20 years. The staff was very friendly. The agent knew that I had an appointment and I was out there, and she was so apologetic that this other couple went there without an appointment and kept her tied up. So, another lady came up and took me to three rooms that were vacant and let me see them. They went out of their way to be nice to me and help me. They gave me a very nice sandwich, a salad and a piece of melon, and I had coffee while I was waiting. I have a dog and they're very animal friendly.

I visited Forsyth Court and from what I saw, I was impressed. For a lot of these place, they'll tell you how much the rent is, but they'll say expect to pay extras. I heard from a few a patients that when you got in there the extras run into quite a bit of money, so I won't move there until I get a list of what they call extras that I will have to pay for. But I was impressed with their cleanliness, and their friendliness. They're very open and friendly.

Forsyth Court was a very nice property. They were very helpful and gracious when we first came in. They try to keep them still independent, and I didn't smell anything bad. I felt like I was at a nice hotel. I saw people eating, and I could tell the food was good. They had a shuttle for them, they had a welcome lady to get them familiar with the community, and they had so many activities like cards, a pool table, and movies. It had a nice vibe.

Forsyth Court is an excellent place. I had dreamed of going there before I ever thought of getting a place. It's beautiful and prices may be a little high, but it's worth it. The staff was excellent. The dining area was spacious and convenient for entry.

The people at Forsyth Court were pleasant to us. It was a pretty place. I was there on time for the appointment, but I stood there kind of lost in the lobby for quite a while, and I could see people in an office, but nobody came. When I went to the office, I was told there was somebody else using that office and that wasn't the person I was looking for. They talked about having a variety of activities, like outings and shopping. The facility was good. It just wasn't the level Mom needed. I could tell that it was a fairly active community, but it didn't provide the supervision and assistance that she needed.

Everything at Forsyth Court was nice. I liked the entire facility. The person who toured me was very nice and very knowledgeable of the facility itself. I didn't try the food, but the dining area looked well kept. They had a fitness center and lounges. I didn't see anything that would turn me off.

I like Forsyth Court because the people are very friendly and caring, and they make my mom feel at home. Her apartment is just enough room for her, and she doesn’t feel overwhelmed. She has housekeeping that comes in, she has 3 meals in the dining room, and she doesn’t have to eat what everybody eats because they order from a menu. They have plenty of activities all day long to keep my mom busy. They take them to the doctors, they take them shopping, and they take them out for day trips. It is just a nice environment; we love it. I visited a lot of places, and I chose this one because it stood out the most.

The Forsyth Court was my least favorite of the places I visited. I wasn't too crazy about the location. It's an older building; the rooms were the same as the others, but there were no balconies. The lady I met was very personable, I thoroughly enjoyed her, and she was my favorite. I saw the exercise room and the TV room, and I saw that they planned off-campus trips.

My mother was in Forsyth for two and a half years. It was very well kept and clean. The administrator and staff cared about the residents, and provided a wide variety of activities and meals that were well prepared most of the time. Her fellow residents were very nice, and she made a lot of friends there. The staff did very well and were very caring. She was in a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette with a little stove, refrigerator, and a bay window, and they freshly painted and placed brand-new carpet when she moved in. There's an intercom system in the living area and bedroom, so she could always access help and a safety call alert system which she carried with her. This was provided free for all the residents.

Right now, I am living in Forsyth Court. I like it because it is not too large. The older population here seems to be accepting of the younger population. The staff is wonderful. The managing company, Holiday Touch, is doing a good job when it comes to upgrading technology, but they are doing a poor job when it comes to accommodating some residents with the technology. They are using pendants for people to wear or to keep with them in case of falls or medical needs and I think all of that is wonderful. The bad thing is that in trying to maybe reduce liability and costs involved, they are also eliminating staff in the evenings. Some people moved here specifically because the staff is here 24/7, so it is not the best idea to change that. The staff really could not be any better. They are doing everything they can to minimize us feeling the changes. It is tough that they are no longer going to offer a 24/7 staff. Forsyth Court is warm, cozy, and family oriented.

Forsyth Court is the one I visited. It was very nice. It was independent living really, and it was really nice. I like it. It was very clean and very nice. They were very nice and very professional. They made you feel welcome. I felt they did everything they could to try to make it happen for me, but I think it was a little bit too much for my mom at the time.

I wasn’t looking for anything but a 1-bedroom. I knew what I was looking for before they showed me anything at Forsyth Court. I think they were very friendly, a lot more so than what I’ve seen. I thought it was very nice. I liked it better because instead of seeing it more commercial-like, it seemed more like a home environment.

We went to Forsyth Court. It was excellent. They showed us the studio, the 1-bedroom, and the 2-bedroom. We saw the rec room, and they showed us the calendar of all the events that they had going on. Every single day, they had events going on, and they told us about the special activities they had at holidays and on the weekends. They had a library and a sitting room. Forsyth Court was very clean and organized. The staff seemed to know what they’re doing. They’re very, very friendly and helpful. However, my mother could not live by herself. But actually, I like the security at the front desk all the time. And if they do not come down for a meal, they always call. They don’t have to come down, but they do call to check whether they’re OK. They have transportation if they need to go to a doctor’s appointment. They can take them if a family member can’t take them.

I showed up unannounced at Forsyth Court, and they let me looked around. One of the residents took us on a tour, and she was very enthusiastic. We liked the place. It was a lively atmosphere, and a very attractive and comfortable environment. I saw the dining room and the library. I knew the played bridge. They had a movie nights and field trips.

We visited Forsyth Court for my mother-in-law. We did a tour of the place, it seemed very clean, and we just really liked the location. My mother-in-law didn't like it, but we thought it would be a good fit for her. The staff was very informative and very pleasant. It is a place that I would recommend to someone else. For the rooms, you had a choice of one-bedroom or a studio, and they each had a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a small refrigerator mounted up on the wall, so that you didn't have to bend over to get to it. I didn't get to tour their dining room, but she told us about what they offer, and it seemed a good variety of food. They offer a variety of activities including Bingo and cards, and they had a pool table in the halls. They do have an exercise room and a library.

I have been to Forsyth Court. It doesn’t have all the facilities that the other places do, but it seems like a friendly place. The whole facility has sort of an older style to it; the rooms are more old-fashioned. It’s not as bright and airy as some of the other places. I’ve eaten there a couple of times, and the food was good.

My visit with Independence Village was positive. It was a beautiful facility. The whole place was nice. Everybody was nice. They do have activities there. I tried their food and it was good. Their dining room was beautiful. Everything was positive. The only problem was that it was too expensive for me. However, I would recommend this place.
