The lighting at Cedar Cove Assisted Living was very dim. The halls were not as wide and they would not allow my dad to have his scooter there, which would have been an issue with the length of walk that he had to do to get to the dining room. Other than that, they were all friendly and polite. I've had meals there and the food was good. The apartment we saw was just one big room with a bathroom. My dad was supposed to get a private room, which he wanted, but they didn't have one available (they have some private rooms, but most of them are semi-private). They have a nice dining room. I know someone that has been there for about three years. So, I've been out there many times to visit and most of the residents were very social.
