Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe was a beautiful and brand-new facility. They have a very large apartment. It's very impressive. The dining area was substantial and it felt like an upscale hotel. I had nothing negative to say about it. It's just the price. It was out of our budget. Libby was the one that gave us the tour and she was great. She knew all the residents' names as they passed by. They were very social and very kind.

I toured Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe. It was very nice and relatively new. The closet space was very limited and no extra storage space. The staff was not knowledgeable, but extremely nice. He was relatively new to the facility. Everything was relatively clean. There was a laundry facility on each floor level out in the hallway for everybody to use, I would prefer to have a washer and dryer in my apartment.

Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe was extremely nice. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful, very informative, and very prompt. It was a nice visit. The rooms were excellent. Everything was pristine and beautiful. They had a lot of open common areas, and that was very nice. Everything was beautiful.

Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe was top-notch. It's brand new. It's not even close to being capacity filled, but it's pricy. The staff was very nice. They have a library, numerous TV seating areas, in-house movie theater, and laundry facilities. It's all independent living, but if you want assisted living, there is a third-party company onsite that you can pay a la carte for each service that you want.

Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe is a brand new facility. It's very clean and had a welcoming environment. It had a lot of amenities. The rooms and everything were gorgeous.

Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were really big, but it's far from us. It's brand-new, so they don't have activities set up yet. But it's beautiful, it looked like a resort or a clubhouse. They were great. The staff said they were going to start bridge, bingo, and stuff like that but they hadn't gotten it started yet. Each room had a balcony and a view, and they had a dining hall. They have a theater room, a game room, and an activities room. But I did not see a courtyard and I didn't see a pool or a gym. I like the decor and size of the rooms, but it's a little far out and kind of in the middle of nowhere. The closest hospital was the Wilmington Hospital, which would have been 30 miles away.
