Spring Arbor of Wilmington was a very small complex. The tour person was very knowledgeable and very nice. It's just the carpeting and the furnishings looked older for me. The amenities were fine, though, as well as the staff and activities they offer.

My wife was at Spring Arbor of Wilmington. They were pretty good. She complained about some of the personnel not being very friendly with her, but at that time we thought she had dementia. Also my wife wasn't very cooperative. Some of the staff were friendly and some were not. I couldn't say about their accommodations. Because of COVID they wouldn't let me in the building. The surroundings were nice. No complaints. The location is convenient to where I live. It's very convenient to shopping and so forth if you can get out. However, if you get out, they would quarantine you for 14 days because of the coronavirus.

I went to Spring Arbor of Wilmington and I was happy with the place. They had an activities director, they had a room for activities, and they had a movie room. I met one or two people that were in charge of the staff and they were really nice.

The people at Spring Arbor of Wilmington were very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was a little bit older than the others. They had transportation and a calendar of events for seniors. The dining area was nice with four-seat tables, and it was restaurant-style dining. They had bingo, music, and TV night.

My family member has been a resident for 3 years. The quality of food has declined significantly over that time. The staff are wonderful. The facility is always clean and cheerful. The medication administration program that they have to use is antiquated and has 'holes' in it. Not the staff's fault, but I really have to keep up with what is going on medication wise.

Spring Arbor is in an excellent part of town; it was very clean and very professional. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. It was a little higher priced than some of the others.

My friend liked Spring Arbor; it was smaller, there were fewer people there, and there was a place she could walk around. The room was fine, big, nice, and clean looking. That’s where she would like to go. They were having a party for the new residents, and I thought that was a nice effort.

Spring Arbor of Wilmington is a small community and very nice. We saw the nice rooms, and the staff are really nice as well. My grandfather was there for six days.

I liked the staff and the set up of the rooms and dining hall of Spring Arbor. The marketing director was excellent. She gave me a lot of information, not just about that facility but overall information on elderly people looking for homes.

My mother has been a resident at Spring Arbor for over a year. She is happy there and very well cared for. Her room and clothes are always clean, she is assisted when necessary, and has not had any complications related to her care. My mom enjoys her surroundings, the food, and the company, and while this is not living at home, we find it a very acceptable compromise. The staff a Spring Arbor are always professional and take an interest in the well being of their clients. In this area, there are a few facilities that offer an element of luxury, but be prepared to pay for it. I looked at 8 different organizations offering assisted living in the Wilmington area, and do not have a single regret at having chosen Spring Arbor for my mom.

I had doubts about putting my aunt in this place and i should have listened to them. The place smelled of urine and the patients dont get the attention they need. Family members had to stay here constantly to make sure our loved one was taken care off. Patients were walking around like they had been forgotten. I would recommend this place to anyone
