I toured Inspire Brunswick Forest. What I like best about it is that the community is beautiful. It's a well-put-together community. What I like least is the customer service. It was awful. They were nice to us when we walked in, and they were nice to us through the process, but once they rejected my mother, I couldn't get any information. It was just an awful experience. They were not helpful at all. They were helpful when we were touring, but once we had an issue, they were insensitive to my mother's situation. They should do a better job of communicating with applicants as to why they're turning them away.
