The caregivers at Wellington Oaks are very caring. They seem to genuinely care about their residents and my mom is pretty happy with the food. She is in the memory care and everything is kept clean. It's an older building, but the furniture and everything seems updated and clean. They have an outdoor area where the sun comes out and you get fresh air. It's all concrete located in the center of the building, and surrounded by three walls and a glass area, but it's open. They have a large TV room with lots of windows and sunshine, which I think is important. Everything is open and clean. They do a lot of activities with the residents, like really nice parties for them, arts and crafts, and I even heard one time in the activity room that they were having a good time. They also keep the families updated on Facebook during this whole COVID thing so that we can see what's going on.
