Don’t believe all the negative. I had a positive experience. Everyone was nice to my father. Everything was always answered and handled quickly. I was able to visit anytime and my dad was always taken care of whenever we came to see him.

Staff was kind and friendly Rehab was able to get me back home quickly

My mother is presently a resident there, and she likes it there very much. My sister tells me that the aides and nurses are very caring. Mom's room is very nice. They have activities that she can participate in. Presently very happy that she is closer to my sisters (since I am out of state). Without having visited there, I give it 3 stars. Have been told they have updated rooms and the facility as a whole.

Look elsewhere. Our mother has a bedsore within two weeks of arriving that became 4 as it was not treated properly. She fell out of bed & got a fracture. Bed sore was not changed (dressing for over 2 1/2 days when ordered to be changed twice over day. Wheelchair was unsafe (cable broken) which I alerted them to & 3 days later had to remind them again. When I arrived one evening @ 6:15 for dinner she was in bed & I was told they didn't have time for her to bring her to dining room. I asked them to get her into wheelchair for dinner in the dining room. They had told me she ate 120 cc of liquid & bites of food. I fed her all the food I brought, pureed yams, , soup, yogurt, mashed potatoes ... She loved & ate it all... But if I hadn't arrived she would have been in bed til next morning & as the aid had said had a late evening snack (most likely pudding that sits on the best able). No wonder she has lost weight & bed sores are not healing, no protein nor good nutrition ! It goes on & on.family needs to always keep an eye & be present advocating or decline is imminent.
