My mom has a regular apartment at the Ridgewood Center that she decorated herself. By and large, the staff is very well-trained, the facilities are very clean, and they take good care of her. They need to have more access to medical services because they don't seem to have enough vehicles for this purpose.

Uncaring staff bordering on abusive. My father was a resident here while recovering from major surgery. To say the staff was uncaring would be an understatement - the nurses were horrible and not suitable for helping patients or dealing with family members. A lesson in compassion is much needed for this staff.
